Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel and return your product within 30 days of ordering it.
If you decide to cancel after the initial 30 days but still during your Rental Contract Term, there's an early cancellation fee equal to 50% of your monthly Rental Contract Term cost, multiplied by the number of months remaining on your Rental Contract Term.
If you decide to cancel after the end of the Rental Contract Term, there will be no early cancellation fee charge.

How to Cancel your Gazelle Flex Rental

1. Login to your Gazelle customer account and click on Transaction History.
   
2. Click on View Rental and you will be redirected to your Flex Rental Account.
3. Click on the Rental tab.
   
4. Click the arrow on your active rental.
   
5. Scroll down and click Cancel Rental.
   
6. Read the disclaimer and acknowledge by selecting it and clicking Next.
   
7. Tell us about your experience (optional) and click Cancel Rental.
   
   
8. You will receive an email with instructions to create your return label.

Please return the device within 14 days to avoid being charged the fair market value of the device.
